
JANICE YAMANAKA
Janice is an award-winning Graphic Design professional and educator and her work spans cross disciplines of technology, culture, social justice and pure aesthetics.
After working as a designer and art director at Time Magazine and a Creative Director at Sony Music, she worked with a wide variety of organizations to invent and realize their goals in unique and non-traditional ways combining business and innovation. She recently received her Masters of Science in Data Visualization and taught Color Theory at The Parsons School of Design.
She has a BFA in Fine Art, and a BA in Art History from UC San Diego, a BA in Graphic Design at the Rhode Island School of Design and a Masters of Science in Data Visualization from the Parsons School of Design.
